Here I will explain how to procure energy.

There are two main ways to procure energy.

One is to create it yourself and the other is to procure it from somewhere else.

In qigong, the terms “internal qigong” and “external qigong” are used. Internal qigong is the case you generate chi energy itself from inside yourself, while external qigong is the case you derive energy in from outside yourself (somewhere in the universe).

I learned external qigong and have been practicing only external qigong. It is said that internal qigong drains the energy of the practitioner. In external qigong, it is sometimes a secret where the chi energy comes from. At first I did it only with the assumption that the energy comes from beyond the universe, and it worked well enough. And you can create energy by putting your own image on this energy.

So, the procurement of energy came from the outside, but the image was creating its own energy.

One way to procure energy from the outside is to procure energy that is also loaded with images.

For example, we can get energy from a place that radiates energy, such as a power spot.

The function of the energy is basically information.

Therefore, it can be copied, and by transferring the copied energy, it is possible to perform an energy treatment that cannot be created in one’s own image.

Some of the works of artists radiate various energies, so if you copy them, you can capture the energy created by the artist.

To copy, all you have to do is to direct your consciousness to the object or place that radiates that energy. When you become aware of it, you automatically take in the energy of that object or place. To perceive is to take in energy, and we think of it as making a copy in our mind. We all do this.

So how do you transfer that energy? Well, all you have to do is follow the steps of transferring an image onto chi energy(as in “The first steps of Qingong).

The problem here, I think, is that you can make a copy in your mind with your awareness, but how do you put it on chi energy?

This is the skill of a professional, and the key is to be able to retrieve that energy at will when you want to transfer it.

This can be done by giving a name to the energy and calling it out by saying the name in your mind without voice, or by remembering an image of the place to regenerate the energy.

Here, the name of the energy or the image of the place is the trigger that calls up the energy, and calling up the energy with a trigger means that the trigger connects to the energy!

You can also superimpose your own image on the invoked energy and process it.

This is how you create the energy you want, by procuring and processing it.

The practitioner is the one who establish the connections between energy and destination, and directs the flow of the energy.
